k33 Terms & Conditions — The Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and k33 ("k33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the k33 website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the k33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the k33 platform. • k33 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, including a valid CNIC, at any time to verify your age and identity.
• Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that participation in online gaming is lawful in their place of residence before registering an account.
• k33 does not knowingly permit access to minors and employs verification procedures designed to prevent underage participation.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active k33 account. Registration requires accurate and complete personal information, including a valid mobile number and email address. Users agree to keep their account information current and to promptly notify k33 of any changes that may affect their account status.

• k33 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process requiring submission of a valid CNIC or equivalent identification document.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending successful completion of identity verification.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. k33 will never request your password via email, phone, or chat.
• Any activity conducted under your account credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you, absent evidence of unauthorised access reported promptly to k33 support.
• Duplicate accounts, accounts registered using false information, or accounts created on behalf of a third party will be subject to closure.

All transactions on k33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k33 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major debit/prepaid card networks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500, subject to change at k33's discretion with prior notice published on the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts registered in the User's verified name. Third-party payouts are strictly prohibited.
• k33 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing a withdrawal, particularly for large transactions.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 minutes and 24 hours depending on payment method and verification status; VIP tier members receive priority processing.
• k33 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers (such as banks) may apply their own charges outside of k33's control.
• Any deposit made in error, or as a result of a technical malfunction, may be reversed by k33 upon discovery.

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on k33 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• k33 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice to affected Users where practicable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit ("bonus hunting"), or arbitrage betting across linked accounts, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility for bonus completion are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• k33 may, at its discretion, request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus-related winnings.

All bets placed on the k33 sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed, except where a manifest error has occurred. Odds and outcomes are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies for the relevant sport or event, including but not limited to cricket boards, snooker federations, and combat sports commissions.

• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), k33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer actions recorded on video, both of which are subject to independent testing and certification.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with k33 support within 7 days of the event's conclusion, accompanied by relevant transaction details.
• k33's settlement decision, made in good faith and based on official data sources, shall be considered final.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using k33's Services:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity through a k33 account.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game involving multiple players.
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

k33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Users may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting support, in accordance with k33's Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Upon termination for cause, k33 may withhold any funds connected to the activity that led to the suspension pending investigation.
• Users who voluntarily close their account in good standing will have any remaining verified balance returned via their original payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
• Self-excluded Users will not be permitted to reopen their account until the agreed exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of subsequent requests.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or third-party payment provider delays outside of k33's reasonable control.

k33 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of odds, game outcomes, and account information, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services at all times. Users acknowledge that participation in betting and casino games involves inherent financial risk, and that k33 bears no responsibility for losses incurred through informed voluntary participation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which k33 operates. k33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice published on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of k33's Services following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and k33 regarding your use of the Services.
